Our Products

There are namely 2 products. It comprises of two (2) working agents denoted as:-

AC 101 (Alkaline Composite Ionize Polymers Volume 101)

SS 299 (Soil Stiffener 299)

Both agents are proven to be eco-friendly, lead free, non-toxic and user-friendly water soluble polymers. They act to break/diminish the water membrane surrounding the soil particles, hence substituting the water membrane with its high plasticity, adhesive characteristics. Upon compaction, it will enhance and improve the condition of the targeted soil with significant load resistance.

Strength

Canlite Soil Stabilizer products are highly durable and are able to withstand enormous loads from lorries etc. from continuous heavy traffic usage. Actual areas that were constructed using Canlite products demonstrate that a typical road will have its untreated soil/base further strengthened by a minimum amount of 50%. In many actual scenarios, improvements in the strength of far more than 50% of the untreated soil have been achieved. Lorries weighing 46 tons travelling to and fro within estates/plantations areas where Canlite has been used as the road base bear testimony to its strength and effectiveness. High loads can be achieved but is generally dependent on the existing road and/or soil type which can then be strengthened further at the customers request. The concentration of Canlite utilized at the site can be varied from the usual minimum application of 5% to a maximum of 12% (high strength). Arrangements can be made for us to inspect any area proposed for construction using Canlite and to assess the situation before advising on the course of application of Canlite Soil Stabilizer.
